111 West 57th Street will be the second tallest residential tower in the city rising 82 stories just south of Central Park. The slender tower, which will measure just 60 feet across, is designed by SHoP and will have interiors by William Sofield.

The project will feature full floor and duplex apartments with 360-degree views and unparalleled views of Central Park. Topping out at over 1,400 feet, when completed it will be among the tallest towers in the city and the most slender skyscraper in the world. 111 West 57th Street is being developed in partnership with Property Markets Group and is being built by JDS Construction Group with completion slated for early 2018.
